Memandang ke langit

Memandang ke langit yang tersangat luas

Tak terjangkau penglihatanku

Tak tercapai oleh akalku

Tak tersentuh apalagi merasa

Di sebalik langit itu

Di sebalik kepulan awan-awan itu

Ciptaan Tuhan Yang Maha Esa

Yang Maha Berkuasa

Indahnya langit

Sungguh membuatku berasa kerdil

Di dunia milik Tuhan

Mungkin sekerdil butiran pasir di pantai

Atau lebih halus dan tersangat kecil

Umpama zarah-zarah yang berlegar

Di peradaban kita

Sesekali hati ku bertanya

Tentang hakikat hayatku di dunia

Apakah hanya untuk seketika

Atau di sana adanya  bahagia

Hidup di dunia

Yang penuh tipu dan daya

Pendaulatan nafsu ada di mana-mana

KepadaMu Tuhan aku serahkan

Sebagai petunjuk

Sumber keimanan

Oh Tuhanku

Pimpini lah daku

Bawalah daku

Kepada redhaMu

Kerana hidupku kan kekosongan

Memerlukan hidayah dan petunjuk

Sumber kekuatan
