  1. No doubts, people complaints. Its commonplace. As an optimist, we must tackle & absorb every complaint which thrust upon us & deal with it in a positive manner. Find ways to improve on our weaknesses & in the end we will realized that its not the end of the world but a starting point for a brighter tomorrow :)
